SCULPTURE/PAINTING

Over the last 10 years a new area of interest presented itself. Starting out as a studio assistant at Glasson Sculpture Works, helping with all aspects the molding and fabrication of sculptures for local artists, as well as assisting in the restoration of pieces of Jo Schneider and Tony Martelli and culminating with helping to replicate an 8ft Leonardo DaVinci horse through the DaVinci Science Center.

 

From there I worked with KC Fabrication as one of two artists sculpting detail into 3D printed, high density foam, to recreate the Anna Hyatt Huntington sculpture of Jose´ Marti in Central Park NY, as a gift to the people of Cuba.

 

For the last four years I've had the great fortune to be able to utilize my painting skills in the sculpture world at RSM Custom where I hand painted realistic faux finishes to bronze sculptures for international artists such as Richard Prince, Huma Bhabha, and Will Ryman.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

PAINTING/ILLUSTRATION

With a degree in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design I am skilled at hand rendering, oil and acrylic painting, as well as being able to take sketches and turn them into computer sketches.

 

Trying to achieve the right look in the right medium is the biggest challenge of being an Illustrator. I don't limit myself to one certain style and having the ability and experience to work in a variety of media,

I can assure you that you will get the look you want.

FASHION DESIGN

Graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology I have extensive experience in all aspects of apparel design in various fields, including womenswear, childrenswear and handbag design, as well as juniors, activewear, and swimwear.

 

With my experience in graphics and repeat prints to the finished garment design and presentation boards Schuylark Design can create a complete package.
